The Hydro-Wash cleaning system is a multifunctional unit that enables fully automatic parts cleaning in an engine-driven rotary basket or, for more complex shapes, a high-pressure wash at 140 bar. Thanks to this combination of processes, the system can be used in any workshop. It effectively streamlines operations in businesses that refurbish turbochargers, steering racks, and gearboxes. To ensure user safety and stable cleaning parameters, it is equipped with an electronic control panel and a series of integrated sensors.<\/p>\n
Before the first use, the tank must be filled with cleaning fluid. A mixture of MRS Cleaner Strong concentrate and water in the recommended ratio is advised. The Hydro-Wash system supports both manual and automatic washing:<\/p>\n
*Automatic Wash Cycle
\nThe tank is filled with water and concentrate. The metal glove shield is then closed, and both interlock buttons (front and rear) are pressed and held until the lid locks. Finally, the Start button is pressed.
\nWhen the lid is open, basket rotation is activated by pressing the right foot-pedal switch or by holding both interlock buttons again, provided the glove shield remains closed.<\/p>\n
*Manual Wash Cycle
\nThe lid is locked by holding both interlock buttons front and rear. The metal glove shield is then opened, and the left foot-pedal switch is pressed to start the manual spray.<\/p>\n
