The MARWIS MRS WASH 600 Drum Washer is an advanced machine designed for washing and degreasing industrial components. It offers both automatic and manual operating modes, ensuring high cleaning efficiency and full control over the process.
Automatic Washing Cycle
After filling the tank with cleaning fluid and placing the parts in the basket, simply set the parameters on the control panel and press Start. The machine:
Heats the fluid to the set temperature.
Starts the main washing cycle, during which the pump delivers fluid to the nozzles on the rotating arms.
Automatically proceeds to compressed-air blow-off.
Finishes the process with hot-air drying, with the duration controlled by a timer.
Once the cycle is complete, the lid can be safely opened and the parts removed.
Manual Mode
In manual mode, the operator selects which stage to start. Each process runs according to the time set on the controllers and can be stopped using the Stop button. The fluid heater remains active throughout the manual mode.
Basket Operation and Emptying
The basket has two flaps and can be emptied manually or automatically using the discharge button. The rotating basket directs the cleaned parts toward the chute.
Automatic Water Refilling
The system monitors the fluid level and, if it drops below the minimum, stops the washing process, opens the solenoid valve, and activates the indicator. Refilling stops automatically once the maximum level is reached.
Maintenance
The machine is equipped with a drain valve for emptying the tank and a cylindrical filter that requires regular cleaning. The basket can be easily removed for additional cleaning.
