WET BLAST CABINET - HYDRO BLAST JET 1200

USE

Hydro Blast Jet 1200 is a modern wet blasting cabinet designed for precise cleaning, surface finishing, and preparation of metal and technical components. The machine uses closed-loop wet abrasive blasting technology, combining water, compressed air, and abrasive media to effectively remove contaminants while minimizing dust generation. The Hydro Blast Jet 1200 is equipped with an efficient cascade filtration system that enables the reuse of water used during the blasting process. This solution significantly reduces water consumption and lowers operating costs. The machine operates in a closed-loop system with a circulation pump and a liquid heating system featuring temperature control. An integrated pressure regulator allows the operating pressure to be adjusted to suit different workpieces within a range of 2–8 bar. The unit is constructed from high-quality INOX 304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and easy cleaning, even under intensive operating conditions.

DESCRIPTION

An additional advantage of this technology is the reduction of dust generation during operation, resulting in improved working conditions and a cleaner work environment. Wet blasting is widely used wherever high-quality surface finishing and effective surface preparation for subsequent manufacturing or coating processes are required.
