The operation of the MST 2000 INOX washers is based on the removal of greasy impurities from the products with the use of a flow brush through which the washing liquid flows. The object to be washed is placed on a perforated worktop with a drip tray underneath it. The liquid flowing through the brush dissolves and washes away greasy impurities lying on the product to be washed. At the bottom of the barrel, heavier compounds are deposited, and the washing fluid (as a lighter one) returns to circulation. The flow of fluid through the brush is forced by a suction-force pump. The cleaning fluid circuit is closed.
