The cleaning process takes place in a closed circuit with the washing liquid MRS Cleaner Ultra Active, which is heated to a temperature of 45°C. MRS Cleaner Ultra Active is dispensed through the pistol nozzle under a pressure of up to 140 Bar, thoroughly cleaning hard-to-reach areas and heavily soiled parts covered with soot, lubricants, or oils. Both the temperature and the cleaning solution enhance the cleaning efficiency. The parts washer is equipped with two filters and features adjustable feet, allowing height adjustment of up to 20 cm. The cover of the parts washer is fitted with pneumatic cylinders, which increase safety and improve the quality of work with the washer. During the cleaning process, the mounted flow brush or a compressed air nozzle can also be used. The glass is equipped with cleaning nozzles, ensuring good visibility of the washer’s work area.
