The manual parts washer MST 800 is a versatile device designed for hand-cleaning mechanical components – ideal for use in automotive workshops and industrial maintenance environments. It is highly effective at removing oily residues, grease, and other contaminants from vehicle parts and tools.

The stationary MST 800 model operates with a closed-loop cleaning fluid system. The cleaning process is carried out using a flow-through brush, through which the Clean Professional cleaning agent is pumped – a specialized cleaner with strong degreasing properties, in accordance with its safety data sheet.

FUNKCTION DESCRIPTION

Parts to be cleaned are placed on a perforated work surface, beneath which is a drain pan. Contaminants dissolved by the cleaning fluid flow downward by gravity – heavier residues settle at the bottom of the pan, while lighter oil-based substances enter the filtration system. The cleaning fluid is recirculated in the closed loop, ensuring efficient and economical operation.

The liquid flow is supported by a suction-pressure pump, and the flow rate through the brush can be manually adjusted using a flow control valve.
