MST 2000

APPLICATION

The MST 2000 washer is one of the most universal and most frequently used washers by our customers. Thanks to the relatively large working surface, it is possible to wash even larger details or components. It is characterized by a simple and uncomplicated structure. Its shape resembles a workbench. The working area is 1995 x 950 mm. It will find its application in the industrial production of metal products, in repair and renovation workshops, and wherever the technological process requires degreasing and surface washing of products.
The washers do not have barrels.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

The operation of the MST 2000 washers is to remove greasy impurities from products. The washing liquid at the bottom of the barrel is supplied by an electric flow pump through a conduit ended with a through brush to the object to be cleaned (e.g. part of the engine). The liquid flowing through the brush dissolves and washes away greasy impurities lying on the product to be washed. At the bottom of the barrel, heavier compounds are deposited, and the washing fluid (as a lighter one) returns to circulation. The cleaning fluid circuit is closed.
