The device is intended for workshops where machines, engines, gearboxes, compressors, and all other parts contaminated with oils or greases are serviced. Thanks to the relatively large working area, it is possible to wash even larger components or assemblies. The cleaning fluid used in the washer is MRS ULTRA ACTIVE, a concentrate that is mixed with water. The solution is heated during operation.
THERMO ACTIVE is a new, enhanced version of our manual parts washers. It has been upgraded with a fluid heating system, which allows for effective removal of oils and greases. Washing takes place in a closed-loop system using MRS Cleaner Ultra Active, heated to a temperature of 40°C. Components can be cleaned with a brush or fully immersed directly in the tank. An additional advantage is the articulated spout, which allows you to precisely direct an extra stream of cleaning fluid onto the part being cleaned. The THERMO ACTIVE washer is made entirely of stainless steel. It is equipped with a closing lid and a foot switch.
