The sandblasting chamber operates in a closed system, the abrasive is collected from the bottom of the sandblaster, which is then blown out of the sandblasting nozzle under compressed air. The compressor must necessarily be equipped with a compressed air filter-reducer, which allows the removal of moisture generated in the compressor’s air tank and limits the ingress of moisture into the sandblaster working material.
The BLAST JET sandblaster is made of a specially selected steel grade with a thickness of up to 3mm. Its massive, fully welded construction ensures a long service life, and its powder coating protects against corrosion. It is equipped with LED lamps, which allows for comfortable operating conditions of the device. Dust-free operation of the sandblaster is ensured by the use of peripheral seals, which enables the work to be performed in an environmentally friendly manner.
