Pickling the rims – i.e., cleaning them using a chemical bath – is a method for completely removing all layers of paint from the rim surface. The unit holds approximately 800 liters of liquid and is equipped with temperature and immersion time control. Additionally, an integrated oil jacket ensures even temperature distribution throughout the tank. This solution allows the use of chemicals from almost any manufacturer – even at temperatures up to 80 °C.

The Rim Cleaner features an integrated winch – a lifting and lowering mechanism for the immersed items, enabling rims to be loaded without additional external devices. This makes the device a fully autonomous workshop solution. An additional advantage of the Felgen Cleaner machine is the remote control panel, which allows operation/control from a distance of 5 meters. This solution enhances safety and workplace hygiene.
